All of the sudden, Spring and Summer are around the corner, with the change on temperatures comes also a change on our closet(certainly one the advantages of having almost four seasons). As an Atlanta professional photographer, the question I get asked the most is what do I wear on my session? On this post you will find tips and recommendations from one of Acworth Ga best boutique that will help you look with great information to make spring and summer outfits selection for you a breeze!
I am not expert in fashion but I understand color and how much they add to an image, but for this specific topic I went to Amarillys + main a super chic boutique located downtown Acworth, GA; Carly the owner will give us the perfect fashion tips for spring and summer.
Where do you even start?
Basically the best advice for starters is Take the time to know your body type. (Round, pear, inverted triangle, rectangular, or hourglass), once you know that, look for items that Accentuate the slimmest parts of your body and Highlight your strengths.

Bright colors ranging from reds to exotic greens are on trend for Spring and Summer 2023.
- Red
- Fuchsia
- Bright Orange
- Peachy Pink

Muted basics( awesome for photos)

Is always best to use colors that compliment your complexion. You can also give pop of color to your outfits with accessories, as long as you are comfortable with it( think of shoes, earings)
Also If you do not wear dresses or skirts don’t worry I got some recommendations for you too! Pleated pants with a cropped tank top and sneakers, additionally Cotton or satin collared button down shirt with half tucked into straight jeans. Jean shorts with a tank top or bralette and an open collared button-up shirt.
If you are a fan of wearing dresses, Satin skirts with graphic t-shirts with sneakers. Floral maxi dress with sneakers. Babydoll puff mini dress with boots.
